We provide a safe, caring and progressive place for vulnerable and troubled young people to live and develop to their full potential, so that they can lead happy and successful lives on their own terms.
We offer care of the highest quality to children and young people with social, emotional behavioural difficulties and complex learning disabilities based upon their specific individual needs.

Maintain family links/relationships remaining aware of the social and geographical factors of the individual;
Support a programme of work to encourage independence;
Provide continuity of care, support and guidance;
Emphasise and support opportunities for advantages in education (as applicable);
Promote a positive approach to a child’s care and experiences, incorporating and encouraging activities and wider activities/hobbies;
Complete individual and direct work with young people to support them in coming to terms with past experiences, trauma and their current situation, supporting them in the development of positive strategies for coping;
Develop levels of emotional literacy to enable young people to manage their emotions and behaviour independently;
During their stay at our homes, young people will be given opportunities to develop and enhance their practical, social, emotional, and educational well-being;
To provide routine and structure, which will give security to the young people, in a way that meets their needs. This will be done holistically with only realistic expectations placed on the young person to assist in their development;
The children will be actively praised and rewarded for good behaviour, encouraged to enjoy achievements and supported through times of trouble, to promote and enable them to reach their full potential;
